Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Standard (Non Print-on-Demand) Items

Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) are dispatched the same business day

Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next business day

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day
Print-on-Demand Items
Some items sold on our store are print-on-demand, meaning they are produced specifically for you after an order is placed.

Print-on-demand items may take up to 14 working days to be dispatched

Once dispatched, delivery times follow the standard shipping estimates below
Print-on-demand items are produced to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where faulty or incorrect. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves our facility, not when it is delivered.
Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched:

United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

European Union: 3–5 business days

Rest of World / United States: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Customs, Duties & International Shipping
For international orders, customs checks or local delivery partners may occasionally cause delays. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

Print-on-demand items are non-returnable, except where faulty or incorrect (as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy)

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return and refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Print-on-Demand / Made-to-Order Items
Some items sold on our store are print-on-demand, meaning they are produced specifically for you after an order is placed.
Because of this production method, print-on-demand items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is:

Faulty

Damaged on arrival

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design supplied)
This applies even if the item was ordered in error or is no longer wanted.
If you believe your print-on-demand item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@hashtagwarehouse.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Print-on-demand or made-to-order items (unless faulty or incorrect)

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return an eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to print-on-demand or made-to-order items, as these are produced specifically for you, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Eligible returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
