Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Standard (Non Print-on-Demand) Items

  • Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) are dispatched the same business day

  • Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day

Print-on-Demand Items

Some items sold on our store are print-on-demand, meaning they are produced specifically for you after an order is placed.

  • Print-on-demand items may take up to 14 working days to be dispatched

  • Dispatch times vary depending on production requirements

  • Once dispatched, delivery times follow the standard shipping estimates below

Print-on-demand items are produced to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where faulty or incorrect. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves our facility, not when it is delivered.

Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of World / United States: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Customs, Duties & International Shipping

For international orders, customs checks or local delivery partners may occasionally cause delays. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

  • Print-on-demand items are non-returnable, except where faulty or incorrect (as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy)

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
